January 29, 1878, San Juan, Puerto Rico; Immigrated to Spain with his family at the turn of the century; Puerto Rican; Domicile Barcelona; Left politician who served in the Republican government as a magistrate; Left Spain at the end of the war; Placed in Argéles sur Mer and St. Cypríen; In the camps until May 1940 when he was accepted by the Dominican Republic; Later moved to Mexico; Arrived on July 7, 1941 aboard the Mexico.
