February 18, 1898, Provence of Varese, Italy; Italian American; Domicile USA; Arrived in Spain after the Franco uprising; Served with the Garibaldi BDE, 3rd BN from its formation; Promoted to Teniete in July 15, 1938; Served at Huesca, Brunete, Farlete, Fuentes de Ebro, and the Ebro Offensive; Wounded at Farlete and Fuentes de Ebro.
