February 27, 1901 Naguilian, La Union, Philipinnes, to the US 1927; Filipino; Father Simpleana Luna, mother Petra Ortega; Prior military service from 1922 to 1925 in the Filipino Constabulary as a Corporal; Attended College of Engineering; Single; Engineering Draftsman; Domicile NYC; CP 1932 (1933) and Spanish CP, Federation of Architects, Engineers and Technicians, UGT in Spain; Domicile 207 E 29th Street, New York; Sailed January 5, 1937 aboard the Champlain; Arrived in Spain on January 14, 1937; Served with the XV BDE, Lincoln BN, Jarama and Brunete February 10, 1937 to June 8, 1937; Later at Villa Paz No. 1 Hospital as a guard.
