November 27, 1914, Rovinj, present day Croatia; To the US in 1928; South Slav; Father Angelo Medelin, mother Domenica (Daprian) Medelin; Industrial Worker; CP; Arrived in Spain in April 1937; Served with the Garibaldi Brigade, 3rd BN, Co. 1; Served at Huesca and Brunete; Captured during the fighting around Villanueva del Pardillo, during Brunete; (Captured and executed on July 20, 1937, near Villanueva del Pardillo, Huesca Front).
