July 4, 1908, NYC; Graduated from Cornell University, continued his studies in Austria before returning to the US in 1935; Graduate Physician and Party worker; CP of Austria 1931 and CP 1935; Received Passport# 979, Vienna series, on August 18, 1934 which listed his address as 1155 North Sycamore, Hollywood, California; Sailed February 26, 1937; Served as a Doctor with the XV BDE, Lincoln-Washington BN; Killed in action July 10, 1937 when an artillery shell struck his first aid post.
