May 18, 1908, Norwood, Massachusetts; Irish American; Journalist; CP 1934, Received Passport# 3990, Boston series, on February 6, 1937 which listed his address as 2 South Cedar Place, Boston, Massachusetts; Sailed January 16, 1937 aboard the Paris; Arrived in Spain January 20, 1937; Served with the XV BDE, Lincoln BN, Co. 1, Section 2; Transferred to Company Deposito Base on June 25, 1937; Served at Jarama; WIA on February 20, 1937, hit in left arm;Hospital Benidorm Reclama, sent out of Spain for further treatment; Returned to the US in the Fall of 1937; WWII Merchant Marine.
