January 23, 1908, Orange, New Jersey; Canadian; Appears to have been adopted by Richard Reilly and his wife in Vancouver, Canada in 1921 when Frank was 7; Single; Trained as a Pilot; No Party; Received Passport# 137 which listed his address as Hotel Manitoba, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; Arrived in Spain April 13, 1937; Served with the 15 Army Corps, medical, worked as an ambulance driver; Returned to the US on December 15, 1938 aboard the Paris.
Sibling: sister Ruby Rhoda Reilly (1903-?).
