Washington Street, Spokane, Washington); Sailed June 4, 1937 aboard the Statendam; Arrived in Spain via Setcases on June 19, 1937; Served with the XV Brigade, Mackenzie-Papineau Battalion; Rank Soldado; Returned to the US on May 16, 1938 aboard the Lancastria; Married Lucille Shannon on March 28, 1977, Newport, son Leslie Shannon; d. April 25, 1994, Lincoln, Oregon, cremated ashes in Bateman Mortuary Mausoleum.
