Weir (1887-?), mother Albertina Ris (1894), Married Alba Cremonese January 30, 1938, NYC; Artist and Writer; Received Passport# 493831 (493834) on January 19, 1938 which listed his address as 33 Washington Square West, NYC; Sailed aboard the President Roosevelt arriving in Havre on February 10, 1938; Arrived in Spain via Agullana on February 15, 1938; Served with the XV BDE, L-W BN; Rank Soldado; Reported KIA April 3, 1938 near Gandesa during Retreats.
