December 12, 1900, Wloclwicz, Poland; Polish American; Jewish; Single; Nurse; CP 1931, Secretary Washington County; Received Passport# 430911 on June 1, 1937 which listed his address as 105 Buena Vista Avenue, Yonkers, New York; Sailed June 5, 1937 aboard the Lancastria; Arrived in Spain via Espolla on June 21 (24), 1937; Returned to the US after docking in Quebec on September 11, 1938 aboard the Aurania; May have changed his name after the war to Isaac Wagner (unconfirmed).
