September 25, 1914, New York; father Morris Levine, mother Anna Valphek; Medical technician; Socialist Party and American Labor Party; Received Passport# 481950 on October 25, 1937 which listed his address as 738 Rockaway Avenue, Brooklyn, New York; Arrived in Spain via Port Bou on December 217, 1937; Returned to the US on December 20, 1938 aboard the Ausonia; Married Martha Belson (1909-?) on June 11, 1939, in Brooklyn, New York; Married to Susana Vargas his second wife when he died and they were living in Mexico where he worked as a surgeon; d. February 28, 1973, in Azcapotzalco, Distrito Federal, Mexico of cancer of the tibia, buried in Pantheon San Juan Tlihuaca (Loteenico) in Mexico City.
