Kleinow (1873-?), mother India Virginia McMillin (1878-1927); Served in the US Marine Corps 1927-1930; Physician and Chemist; No party affiliation; Received Passport# 33128, San Francisco series, on January 29, 1938 which listed his address as 1515 Gough Street, San Francisco, and 2207 East Monterey Street, Bakersfield, both California; Sailed for Europe aboard the Antonia; Arrived in Spain via Espolla on February 28, 1938; Served with the XV BDE, Lincoln-Washington BN, April 1938-May 1938; Transferred to XV Army Corps, Special MG BN, Co. 1, Medico, May-August 1938; Rank Teniente; Returned to the US on December 15, 1938 aboard the Paris; Married Louise Marie Senf (19215-2010) on April 10, 1948 in Cook County, Illinois, sons John C. Kleinow (1949-1949), Jay Kleinow; d. November 14, 1955, Melrose Park, Cook County, Illinios, buried in Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove, Illinois.
