March 28, 1913, Brooklyn, New York; Graduated from Kingston HS 1931 and attended the New York State Teacher’s College; CP 1934; Domicile 209 Hurley Avenue, Kingston, New York; Sailed February 20, 1937 aboard the Ile de France; Served in Transport, ambulance driver; Wounded while driving an ambulance; Several months worked in rear; Repatriated medical; Returned to the US on August 2, 1937 aboard the Aquitania; WWII US Navy; d. December 31, 2001, Oakley, Contra Costa, California; Wife Beatrice Ludwig.
