June 8, 1890 Marcael, Spain; Spanish American; Single; Painter; CP 1935, section organizer; Domicile 229 W. 111th Street, New York; Arrived in Spain February 5, 1937; Returned to the US on July 21, 1938 as a stowaway aboard the President Harding; Held for 7 months on Ellis Island, deported February 10, 1939 aboard the SS Siboney, claimed to be Argentine; Attempted to re-enter the US coming to Puerto Rico from the Dominican Republic in 1940 aboard the SS Coamo; Tried to get into New York aboard the Boriquien in July 1940 and was deported.
