November 17, 1923, Ponce, Puerto Rico; Puerto Rican; Never in Spain; Secondary education; High School Student; Domicile 500 W 146th Street, NYC; Sailed in August 1938 as a stowaway aboard the Normandie; Apprehended along with Louis Ramos, Fernando Espada, and Henry Hernández; Sent ashore by pilot boat in South Hampton, England; He was returned to the US aboard the Queen Mary; Arrested for stowing away; d. 1982 in Puerto Rico.
