April 11, 1913, Havana, Cuba, Petitioned for naturalization in 1939; Cuban American; Father Melanio Triana, mother Flora Quintana; Single; Writer, Painter, and Barber; Originally from La Vibora, Cuba; Club Julio Mella in New York; Domicile NYC; Sailed aboard the Ile de France; Entered Spain January 21, 1937 (Arrived in Spain on January 12, 1937); Served with the XV BDE, Lincoln BN, Co. 1, Centuria Antonio Guiteras; WIA March 15, 1937 in the right arm at Jarama, the severe wound rendered his arm useless; Declared intuil and requested repatriation; Returned to the US on September 21, 1938 aboard the Ile de France; Married Genevieve Santis (1921-?) on February 19, 1942; 1945-1957 he worked as a flight steward for Pan American Airways; d. September 21, 1984, Miami, Florida.
