Collentine (1873- 1933), mother Catherine “Kate” Mullen; Attended the University of Wisconsin for 2 years; Prior military service including ROTC 4 years and 6 years with the Wisconsin National Guard; Single; Journalist; CP 1934, branch organizer; Received Passport# 416023 on May 18, 1937 which listed his address as 1023 West Michigan Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Sailed June 2, 1937 aboard the Aquitania; Arrived in Spain via Setcases on June 19, 1937; Served with the XV BDE, Mackenzie-Papineau Battalion, Co. 3; Killed in action October 15, 1937, Fuentes de Ebro.
