Rozas Espeñeira, Cándido b. July 20, 1901, Arecibo, Puerto Rico; Puerto Rican; Went to Spain with his father, returned to the US and served in the US Army in 1920; Bookkeeper and Acountant; Domicile New York; Served with the Republican Popular Army as LT; French Concentration Camp; Went to the Dominican Republic on December 19, 1939 aboard the De la Salle; Exiled in the Dominican Republic.
