Biography

Seno Martínez, Pedro b. 1882, Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Moved to Cuba in 1907; Puerto Rican; Father Ignacio Seno, Mother Adora Martínez; Mechanic and Seaman; Arrived in Spain during the Winter 1936; When the internationals were withdrawn he was sent to Ripoll; Returned to the US on February 9, 1939 aboard the Queen Mary, returned on a certificate of identity, no evidence of a passport having been issued to him; Detained in Ellis Island on his return but was released on February 14, 1939.
