December 7, 1910, NYC; Jewish; Single; Journalist; CP 1930 or 1936 (1935); Received Passport# 4392 New York series on September 10, 1935 which listed his address as 1706 Washington Avenue, Bronx, New York, Sailed May 26, 1937 aboard the Vollendam; Arrived in Spain via Setcases on June 15, 1937; Assigned rear area work, Worked in the Bureau of Effectives until August 24, 1937, then sent to Camp Lukacs until September 20, 1937, Then to Tarrazona in hospital for heart trouble, Suggested for repatriation; Returned to the US on September 10, 1938 aboard the Paris; d. August 1984, Berkeley, California.
