March 24, 1914, Seattle, Washington; Graduate of the University of Washington; 2 years ROTC; Single; Student; CP 1936, section org.; Domicile 840 Central Building, Seattle, Washington and Chicago, Illinois; Arrived in Spain and entered IB on June 2, 1937; Served with the XV Brigade, Mackenzie-Papineau Battalion in training; Attended OTS, graduated February 16, 1938; Sent to the XV Brigade as a Staff Officer; Killed in action March 1938, Belchite, during the Retreats.
